9 months of pregnancy may seem like a lifetime, yet speak to any mother and they will tell you how quickly the time has passed!

By the time you’re ready to share your exciting news with the world you’re already 1/3 of the way through your pregnancy. Then there’s the fact that medically you’re ‘term’ at 37 weeks, meaning baby could arrive any time from then. So in the grand scheme of things that’s a precious 25 weeks - or 175 days - to nurture yourself and bond with your baby

If you’re tired of feeling that between work, home life, partners, friends and family you rarely stop, then you will benefit hugely from these classes

During each class we will…
  • Introduce ourselves, getting to know one another
  • Talk openly about a subject related to pregnancy, birth or early parenting*
  • Provide a safe space for you to explore your own feelings
  • Enjoy up to 40 minutes of deep relaxation** 
*Subjects will be provided by the teacher, but conversation will be guided by you and the other ladies
**Relaxation may be guided, include breathing techniques and/or pelvic floor exercises

Classes are booked in blocks of 5 classes
Your investment for each block of classes is £50
Last minute/one off bookings are charged at £12 per class and are payable by cash or card, on the day
Note: Spaces can only be guaranteed when you pre-book a block. Once booked onto a block you will receive priority booking for each subsequent block of classes.
