Group Courses
At set dates and times, our group courses are great for those who love to indulge in learning or are short on time.
To complete a group course you and your birth partner must be able to attend ALL DATES IN THE SAME MONTH.
Weekend group courses start at 9am with an estimated finish time of 5pm.
Weeknight group courses start at 7pm and finish at 10pm.
We provide light refreshments inclusive of hot and cold soft drinks and varying snacks.
Depending on numbers, group courses held in Croydon @ CR0 6QZ or Eden Park @ BR3 3JN

Dates and Times may change once COVID-19 lockdown and social distancing measures are lifted. (Saturdays will be reduced back to 2 longer sessions per month and evenings will move from 6 - 9 to 7 - 10)
Private Courses
We understand you are busy people with jobs, family, friends - because of this our Private Courses are not at set times or locations. Popular with those who find it hard to commit to full days - we arrange the course over four sessions and accommodate requested dates and times wherever possible. With each session lasting 3-4 hours, simply tell us what dates and start time suit you and we will do the rest!
Mummy Mothering Sessions
Part of the excitement of having a baby is we just don't know when your little one will decide to be born! For this reason we keep an open mind and an open diary around your baby's guess date. Simply contact us once you've given birth and we will keep touch to ensure we arrange your session at the right time for you in the comfort of your home.
